Looking back to move forward

I had a look back over some old commercial work I did, since this year, 2019, I am making my last year of weddings after 10 years and 5 years of being fully focussed on them. I truly believe you need to focus on a genre of work, I have had a few months to decide which way I am going to go and I figured out a simple one. Being heard! it is a simple genre in which I can produce both video and photo content for people, brands and businesses who want to get their message out there and show why they do what they do.

This image was taken in 2012 as part of a photoshoot I was helping a friend with. She self produced a line of clothing that was organic and a positive hippy vibe to it. A cold December day in Manchester, we took refuge in Affleck Palace, a place were I spent a lot of time in the late 90’s and early 00’s. The owners of a graffiti shop where kind enough to give us a few minutes to shoot and this headline image is the result.

The editing is of the time, the faded matte look was all the rage back then, but it works for me.

If you have a clothing line you need to get shot, give me a message and we can see what we can do together.
