Cool Wedding Venues in Liverpool

When it comes to choosing somewhere to get married, you look for something gorgeous and befitting of your style and personality in which to make your vows and then party like its 1999. With Katie and Alex their style was pretty cool and we were firmly on the same wavelength. A mix of vintage with rock and roll is the best way to describe them and finding  venues in Liverpool that fit in with that is no problem. Katie and Alex however probably chose the best ones.

Katie got ready at home surrounded be her bridesmaids, I could tell pretty quickly that this was going to be a day full of energy, Katie was super chill with the rest of the squad upping the excitement level.

Alex got ready with his band of gentlemen in the centre of Liverpool, pretty quickly they were off to greet the many rock and roll guests. One thing I noticed was that Alex never stopped grinning all day!

St. Georges Hall Wedding

The choice of the concert room in the epic St. Georges Hall in Liverpool for a wedding ceremony is an easy one to make simply from standing outside, the word epic comes to mind, I know I say that a lot. Inside it is still just as good. With the high ceilings and huge chandelier  you are surrounded by Liverpudlian history and with your family and friends close to you the size of the room does not detract from the important business of getting wed.

OH ME OH MY

I short walk down the road you get to possibly one of my favourite venues to photograph, Oh me oh my is a former bank and it has been converted into a fantastic venue across the road from the Liver building. You are able to put your own stamp on the decor and host your perfect wedding reception. Katie and Alex did a fantastic job making it their own.

Natural Wedding Photography

Natural wedding photography is what I do, and with weddings like this, as I photographer it is up to me to let the events and style of the day speak for themselves and let Katie and Alex be natural. We did a little couples shoot around Faulkner square, using the Morris Minor to get us around, I am actually amazed that I fit! We found some cool spots where they could have a little moment together while made some cool and intimate pictures.
